Infor XA Functional Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Consultant to join our team in the Enterprise Applications domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Manufacturing and Procurement processes, with hands-on experience in Infor XA functional modules. The role involves requirement gathering, analysis, and designing manufacturing functionalities to support our global clients.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of domain experience in Manufacturing (MFG) and Procurement
• Infor XA Functional expertise in Manufacturing
• Strong understanding of Manufacturing and Procurement processes
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and practices
• Experience in interacting with global clients
• Familiarity with JIRA software for task and project management
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to Manufacturing and Procurement domains
• Assist in designing manufacturing functionality processes aligned with client needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodology
• Engage with global clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions
• Manage and track project tasks using JIRA software
• Contribute to SDLC activities ensuring quality and timely delivery of solutions

Qualification & Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing and Procurement domains
• Proven experience working with Infor XA modules in a functional capacity
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
