Industrial Trainee - Compliance

About the team

Youll be working closely with the Head of Compliance, supporting the day-to-day functioning of compliance operations while gaining exposure across business, operations, and regulatory frameworks.

This role offers an immersive learning experience across the compliance lifecycle - from understanding regulatory requirements to ensuring adherence, managing risks, and strengthening internal controls. Expect hands-on exposure, cross-functional collaboration, and real ownership from day one.

What You will do

As an Industrial Trainee in the Compliance function, you will actively be involved in:

Assisting the Compliance team with day-to-day regulatory activities

Working closely with business, legal, risk, and audit teams

Supporting compliance monitoring, reviews, and control assessments

Maintaining compliance trackers, dashboards, and documentation

Assisting in regulatory reporting and ensuring timely submissions

Tracking and following up on compliance action items and closures

Supporting policy creation, updates, and SOP documentation

Identifying gaps in processes and recommending improvements to mitigate risks

What will you need

Must be eligible to undertake industrial training as per ICAI norms

Available for a minimum duration of 12 months

Strong interest in Banks' Regulatory Compliance and Risk

Comfortable working with Excel and PowerPoint

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
