Job Title: Industrial Engineer

Experience: 1 2.5 Years

Education: BE/BTech Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Automobile, Production Engineering

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Location: Chennai/Bangalore/Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Industrial Engineering activities on shop floor
• Develop 2D layouts for production/industrial setups
• Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives and process improvements
• Perform data analysis, statistical evaluation, and problem solving
• Work on simulation tools for process optimization

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Industrial Engineering & Lean Manufacturing
• Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in shop floor activities
• Exposure to Tecnomatix Plant Simulation / FlexSim (preferred)
• Knowledge of 2D Layout Development
• Basic understanding of C programming (preferred)
