Industrial Designer (Backpack)

Job Role:

Were expanding our backpack team and looking for a designer excited to build products from scratch. Youll turn ideas into market-ready backpacks, from concept to final execution, while bringing fresh, trend-driven thinking to the brand.

This is a high-ownership, fast-paced role where youll be expected to handle multiple design concepts simultaneously and take them through development, not just create, but also execute.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create design concepts based on briefs, including sketches, mockups, and rendered visuals
• Research materials and finalize fabrics, trims, and components
• Prepare spec sheets and technical drawings for development
• Work closely with sourcing teams and vendors to ensure designs are executed correctly
• Manage multiple tasks and communicate progress in a fast-paced setup

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Accessory Design, Industrial Design, or a related field
• 13 years of experience in product or backpack design
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and basic 3D tools
• Understanding of materials, construction, and product development basics
• Strong eye for design, detail, and current trends
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and timelines
