Job Description
Animaker is looking for a results-driven Inbound Sales development representative to actively seek new business opportunities, engage and build relationships with potential customers. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every potential customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
If youre a hustler, self-starter who is able to recognize and generate opportunities from multiple sources including prospect lists, discovery and individual research, we would like to meet you!
Your typical day might include the following:
- Maintain a proactive attitude while managing and responding to inbound leads from multiple channels (website, campaigns, events, etc.)
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and chat to understand their requirements
- Initiate conversations with key decision-makers from inbound inquiries
- Drive pipeline and revenue growth through efficient inbound lead qualification and nurturing
- Be the face of Animaker and introduce the company and its products to prospects
- Personalize communication (emails/InMails) to capture interest and move leads forward in the funnel
- Collaborate closely with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Be adaptable and continuously learn new ways to engage and convert inbound prospects
- Consistently achieve targets to ensure business growth
This job might be for you if you have:
- Minimum of 2 year of relevant experience as an SDR/BDR with a focus on inbound lead handling
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to quickly understand customer needs and qualify opportunities
- Hands-on experience with CRM software for lead tracking and follow-ups
- Experience handling inbound leads via tools like website forms, chat, or marketing automation platforms
- Familiarity with Apollo or similar tools for lead enrichment (good to have)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment
- A learning mindset with a focus on improving conversion rates and customer experience
- Strong product understanding with the ability to clearly articulate features, use cases, and value propositions to inbound prospects
- Hands-on experience with tools like Intercom for managing customer conversations, chat workflows, and lead engagement
