IMS Lead Auditor

Position: IMS Lead Auditor

Location: Pune & Mumbai

Job Purpose:

The role IMS Lead Auditor is responsible for planning, conducting, and reporting ISO audits across the Pune branch and other assigned locations, ensuring compliance with Quality, Environment, Health & Safety (QEHS) standards, certification body (CB) guidelines, and organizational policies.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal and external audits for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 at the Pune branch.
• Perform pre-audit and post-audit activities in accordance with defined audit guidelines and procedures.
• Carry out audits at other branch locations as per organizational and client requirements.
• Ensure adherence to Certification Body (CB) guidelines, defined KPIs, and audit protocols.
• Support implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of QMS and QEHS systems.
• Prepare audit plans, checklists, reports, and follow-up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Branch Manager from time to time.

Mandatory Skills & Competencies:

• Strong experience in QMS Implementation
• Hands-on knowledge of QEHS systems
• Proficiency in ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001 standards
• Good understanding of audit methodologies and compliance requirements
• Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills.

Technical Qualification:

• Engineering Graduate (BE) or
• Technical Education Any Engineering discipline
