Job Title: Implementation & Support Engineer CTEM & Compliance Manager

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Experience: 34 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Implementation & Support Engineer with experience in CTEM (Continuous Threat Exposure Management) and Compliance Management solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementation, technical support, customer coordination, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth deployment and ongoing support of security and compliance platforms.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Deployment

  • Deploy and configure CTEM and Compliance Management solutions for customers
  • Perform installation, setup, configuration, and onboarding activities
  • Coordinate with customers to gather technical and business requirements
  • Support integration with customer infrastructure and security tools

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide L1/L2 technical support for platform-related issues
  • Troubleshoot implementation, configuration, and operational issues
  • Monitor system performance and ensure platform stability
  • Handle customer queries and provide timely resolution

Compliance & Security Operations

  • Support vulnerability management and compliance assessment activities
  • Assist customers in understanding compliance posture and remediation requirements
  • Work with internal security and engineering teams for issue resolution and enhancements

Customer Management & Communication

  • Act as a point of contact for customer support and implementation coordination
  • Conduct product walkthroughs, training sessions, and knowledge transfer
  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding issue updates and project status
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare implementation documents, SOPs, and technical reports
  • Maintain support logs, issue trackers, and deployment documentation
  • Provide regular status reports to internal stakeholders and customers

Must-Have Skills

  • 34 years of experience in implementation and technical support roles
  • Experience in CTEM, vulnerability management, or compliance/security platforms
  • Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts and compliance standards
  • Hands-on troubleshooting and customer support experience
  • Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments and networking basics
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills

Good to Have

  • Exposure to vulnerability assessment and security tools
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, CIS, NIST, etc.
  • Basic scripting or automation knowledge (Shell/Python)
  • Experience working with enterprise customers
