Implementation Specialist

Role : Implementation Specialist

Location : Remote

Responsibilities:

1. GST Compliance:

- Stay up to date with GST regulations and ensure that project activities are GST-compliant and collaborate with Engineering and Product Management teams.

- Assist clients in preparing and file GST returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Address any GST-related issues or queries from project stakeholders.

2. Project Planning:

- Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain project charter, publish project status updates to the stakeholders on a regular basis.

4. Stakeholder Communication:

- Act as a liaison between project teams both internal and external.

- Communicate tax-related requirements and updates to project stakeholders.

5. Risk Management:

- Identify potential risks associated with projects and propose mitigation strategies.

- Assist in resolving issues that may arise during project execution.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with various departments, including Finance, Legal, Engineering, Product Management, and compliance, to ensure holistic project management and compliance.
