Overview:

The Implementation Lead is the technical heartbeat of the deployment process. They act as the primary operational project manager, coordinating between the Business Analysts gathering P&C requirements and the Deployment Engineers building out the localized fOS pods. They ensure that complex insurance workflows are translated into reliable, automated pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee end-to-end client fOS implementations, managing project timelines from initial discovery through UAT to final go-live
• Orchestrate the deployment of the "Intelligent Workflow Factory," prioritizing high-impact automations like ACORD 125 ingestion, appetite matching and COI issuance workflows
• Manage resource allocation across Deployment Engineers and QA analysts to ensure client-specific SLMs are trained and deployed efficiently securely
• Identify integration roadblocks early (e.g., legacy AMS API limitations or custom data mapping issues) and collaborate with the core Product Team to develop scalable workarounds
• Conduct regular implementation status reviews with client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication regarding deployment progress

Qualification Criteria

• 7+ years of project management or technical deployment experience within the insurance technology space
• Strong understanding of Agency Management Systems (Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft) and their data structures/APIs for seamless bi-directional integration
• Familiarity with web automation constraints, cloud infrastructure deployments and managing software delivery for highly secure, localized environments
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes deployments concurrently
