Location: Bangalore(Vasant Nagar), (Work from Office)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (including 1st Saturday of every month)

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (F2F)

an Implementation Specialist with 2+ years of experience in SaaS CRM and automation

implementation, capable of understanding customer business needs, configuring the solution,

and driving end-to-end adoption from scope definition to customer usage.


The Implementation Specialist will own the full customer implementation journey for our SaaS

CRM and Automation product, from understanding the customers business scope and

requirements to configuring the solution, enabling adoption, and ensuring successful product

usage. The role requires strong customer-facing skills, process understanding, solution

configuration ability, and the discipline to drive end to end implementations.


Responsibilities:


Own end-to-end implementation for new customers, from discovery and scope understanding to go-live and adoption.

Understand customer business processes, pain points, and desired outcomes, then translate them into workable solution designs.

Configure the CRM and automation platform based on customer requirements, workflows, and business rules.

Coordinate with Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering to ensure smooth implementation and issue resolution.

Conduct customer workshops, requirement-gathering calls, demo walkthroughs, and solution validation sessions.

Support data migration, field mapping, workflow setup, user access setup, and integration coordination where applicable.

Train customer users and administrators, create documentation, and guide them through first usage and adoption.

Manage implementation timelines, communicate progress, track risks, and ensure timely go-live.

Troubleshoot setup or usage issues during onboarding and post-implementation stabilization.

Capture customer feedback and share enhancement requests with internal teams.


Required Skills:


Strong understanding of SaaS implementation and customer onboarding processes.

Ability to understand business needs and convert them into product configuration and solution flows.

Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and automation workflows.

Good communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple implementations and work in a structured, deadline-driven environment.

Basic understanding of data migration, integrations, reporting, and workflow automation.


Preferred Profile:


Exposure to CRM or automation products such as sales CRM, workflow automation, customer lifecycle tools, or related SaaS platforms.

Experience working in customer-facing implementation, onboarding, or solution consulting roles.

Comfortable taking ownership from pre-implementation discovery through customer adoption and success
