About the Role

Were now looking for a Senior Implementation Engineer who loves hands-on technical work and enjoys delivering real value to customers.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and integrate Motadata solutions at customer environments
• Design and implement monitoring, logging, and service desk solutions
• Gather customer requirements and align solutions with business needs
• Collaborate with internal teams (DevOps, Support, Product) for seamless delivery
• Create and maintain implementation documentation, standards, and user guides
• Provide customer training and post-implementation support
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution during implementation

Qualifications

• 49 years of experience in IT implementation / system integration roles

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with tools like Motadata, ManageEngine, ServiceNow, Grafana, ELK, Zoho Service Desk, Kibana
• Experience with on-premise and cloud-based deployments
• Strong understanding of network concepts (DMZ, firewalls, secure zones)
• Familiarity with ITIL processes
• Hands-on experience with Linux servers, Windows, and basic networking
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
