Position: Implementation Engineer Global Delivery

Position summary:

We are looking for a Implementation Engineer (IE) with experience in execution of the Roaming & Network Security solution projects for medium to large, strategic, and complex data integration projects on behalf of our customers. You will work closely with project team members, and few other internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

The IE is ultimately responsible for the Technical Production deployment/installation, quality, Acceptance, and successful launch & handover of project to Support Organization.

Roles & Responsibility, but are not limited to :

• Build Mobileum product expertise that allows optimum deployments.
• Learn the standard deployment methodologies and practices.
• Perform the deployment/installation as per the published methodology.
• Build/Review the HLD/LLD/implementation guide as per the templates with Technical Delivery Manager/ Project Manager
• Send daily/weekly status to Project Manager & Delivery Head/Internal Stakeholders.
• Report all issues with analysis to QE/Product team.
• Escalate issues that are blocking/long pending to Project Manager/Delivery Head.
• Preparation of MOP for any upgrade activities at site.
• Adherence to the planned activities and delivering the project with Quality as per the agreed timelines.
• Participate in the system configuration, product upgrades, audit, internal Validation, UAT, Launch readiness
• Post Product launch - KPI Reviews & monitoring and apply any corrections.
• Work with team for transition of the completed projects to Operations team.
• Readiness to travel on short notice for Kickoff/deployment/integration of Mobileum Products.

Skill Sets:

• Expertise with Baremetal Servers, Virtual or Kubernetes-based deployments
• Linux/Shell scripting Basic knowledge of Linux and shell scripting. Perl/Python scripting knowledge preferred. RHEL OS installation knowledge is preferred.
• Database - Oracle/In Memory databases like Couchbase Basic understanding of database is a must. Good knowledge on SQL. PL/SQL knowledge preferred.
• Deployment of products using Ansible tool is preferable.
• Domain Knowledge GSM/CAMEL/ Diameter/4G/5G Protocol level knowledge required.
• Communication skills Candidate should have good grasp of English language and should be fluent in his communication. Additional languages (Spanish/French) are added advantage.
• Tools JIRA, MS Office

Work Experience: - 2-4 Years

Educational Qualification:

BE. / B.Tech., M.E./M. Tech., or M. Sc. in Computer Science / Electronics Engineering / MCA
