Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Hyderabad-based Illustrator, 2D Animation, and Graphic Designer to join our e-learning design and development team. In this role, you will create engaging visuals, animations, and graphics that enhance interactive training modules, storyboards, and digital learning experiences for clients such as Sukoon eLearning.

As part of a collaborative environment, you will work closely with instructional designers to deliver learner-centered assets, including characters, backgrounds, and infographics, aligned with instructional goals. The role involves local collaboration, regular feedback cycles, and participation in on-site or hybrid design reviews to ensure high-quality and consistent output.

We are looking for creative professionals who can combine strong design fundamentals with storytelling and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop custom illustrations, 2D animations, and graphics based on storyboards and project briefs.
• Collaborate closely with instructional designers and internal teams through local collaboration and regular design discussions.
• Participate in on-site reviews and feedback sessions to refine visual assets.
• Revise designs based on feedback, ensuring consistency in style, timing, and branding across all modules.

Required Tools & Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Animate for vector graphics, photo editing, and frame-by-frame animation.
• Strong skills in illustration, 2D animation principles (timing, keyframes, inbetweening), and graphic design (layout, color theory, typography).
• Good knowledge of AI generation tools for images (Midjourney, DALL-E, Leonardo.Ai, Gemini, Canva), videos (HeyGen, Higgsfield, Runway, Kling), and audio (ElevenLabs, Adobe Firefly audio features); experience integrating AI-generated assets into e-learning courses like Articulate Storyline.

Experience Level:

3-5 years in graphic design, illustration, and 2D animation, ideally in e-learning, education, or digital media. Proven ability to handle project deadlines and stakeholder collaboration.

Location Requirement

• Must be based in Hyderabad or nearby
• Open to a hybrid working model with the team
• Immediate joiners in Hyderabad preferred

Portfolio Expectations:

Submit a portfolio showcasing e-learning relevant work: 2D animations, interactive graphics, storyboards, and illustrations for training content. Include 3-5 examples with process breakdowns (e.g., from sketch to final animation) and links to live demos.

Job Type:

Full-time, hybrid (Hyderabad-based), with project-based flexibility for Maple Learning Solutions.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Lottie animations, Unity for interactive elements, or Procreate for digital painting.
• Advanced AI workflows for prompt engineering in image/video generation (including Kling for high-quality text-to-video and Canva Magic Design for rapid image prototyping) and audio-to-animation syncing (e.g., Hedra, Mootion).
• Familiarity with e-learning standards, accessibility (WCAG), or tools like Figma AI.

Salary Range (if available):

4-6 LPA, commensurate with experience and portfolio quality (Hyderabad market rates for mid-level roles).
