Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Ideator at BlakSno, based in Chennai, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Ideator will be responsible for developing unique and strategic ideas to drive branding, marketing campaigns, and creative content. Typical duties include brainstorming creative concepts, collaborating with teams on project strategies, and ensuring all ideas align with client goals. The role requires innovative thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and a deep understanding of current market trends.

Qualifications

• Strong brainstorming and ideation skills, with the ability to develop innovative concepts and creative solutions for branding and marketing.
• Experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, SEO, and Content Writing to drive engagement and achieve campaign goals.
• Proficiency in Advertising and Video Advertisement strategies to craft compelling campaigns.
• Basic understanding of Website and App Development to create integrated marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, alongside the ability to work in both in-office and remote environments.
• A keen eye for market trends and an ability to adapt creative strategies to a dynamic digital marketing landscape.
