PrepAiro is an AI-native exam prep platform with 100K+ users across UPSC, GRE, and GMAT.

We've now launched PrepAiro IB - the first study app purpose-built for the IB MYP and DP curriculum, starting with Oakridge International School, Bangalore.

What we've built so far:

• Homework Help Socratic AI tutor (Help Mode) and examiner-style review (Analyse Mode) that references MYP criteria AD the way an experienced IB teacher would
• Learn Section School-specific notes, quizzes, and cheatsheets for MYP Biology, Chemistry, and Mathematics
• DP Assessment Evaluator (in build) Criterion-by-criterion AI feedback on IA, EE, and TOK Essay drafts with predicted band scores

The Role

This is a project-based paid consulting engagement (with potential to extend) to work directly with the founding team on the parts of the product that need real IB expertise not content writing, but curriculum architecture and rubric intelligence.

You'll work alongside our internal AI tooling (we'll train you on it) to:

• Map school-specific MYP and DP curriculum graphs topic sequences, command terms, assessment calendars into structured form our AI can reason over
• Design and refine the rubric intelligence layer: how the AI interprets MYP criteria AD and DP rubrics for IA, EE, and TOK feedback
• Pressure-test AI-generated feedback against how an experienced IB examiner would actually mark a student's work
• Help us define what "good" looks like for predicted band scores across subjects
• Shape content frameworks for new subjects as we expand beyond Sciences and Math

Who We're Looking For

• 5+ years teaching IB MYP and/or DP (HL preferred), ideally across multiple subjects or with deep expertise in Sciences, Math, English, or Individuals & Societies
• Hands-on experience with IB assessment marking IAs, EEs, or TOK essays, or examiner experience
• Comfortable working inside AI tools (or willing to learn fast we'll set you up)
• Sharp eye for the gap between "technically correct" and "what an IB examiner actually rewards"
• Direct, low-ego communication. We move quickly and iterate openly.

Engagement Details

• Format: Project-based consulting. You invoice us. Clean scope, clear deliverables, IP assignment in the agreement.
• Compensation: Competitive, structured around deliverables. Step-ups tied to scope expansion.
• Cadence: 30-day checkpoints to align on what shipped and what's next.
