Role: SDK Specialist, IAM Security Specialist & Tableau Engineer _ Manager

Role Summary :

The IAM Security Specialist will lead identity, authentication and access governance for Tableau Cloud, ensuring secure migration and compliance with enterprise security standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement IAM strategy for Tableau Cloud

Lead SSO integration (SAML/OAuth/OpenID Connect) with enterprise IdPs (Azure AD, Okta, etc.)

Define and enforce role-based access contro Exclusive Requirement - SDK Specialist (SA),l (RBAC) and permission models

Oversee user/group migration and provisioning (SCIM)

Conduct security assessments and compliance validation

Ensure data security, encryption, and governance policies

Manage audit logging, monitoring, and incident response

Collaborate with infra and Tableau teams for secure platform setup

Provide guidance on least privilege access and segregation of duties

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in IAM, SSO, SAML, OAuth, SCIM

Experience with Azure AD / Okta / Ping Identity

Knowledge of Tableau security model (projects, permissions, groups)

Understanding of enterprise security frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOC2)

Experience in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Familiarity with data governance and compliance tools

Exposure to Tableau Cloud security best practices
