Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IAM + Infrastructure Support Lead with strong hands-on expertise across Identity & Access Management and IT Infrastructure / Endpoint Support.


This role requires a professional who can effectively lead support operations, manage day-to-day priorities, and guide existing team members while ensuring seamless service delivery. As this is a client-facing role, strong communication skills and prior stakeholder management experience are highly preferred.


Key Responsibilities

Identity & Access Management

  • Manage user lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, and access modifications
  • Handle access provisioning / deprovisioning across enterprise applications
  • Administer Okta, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Troubleshoot SSO, MFA, authentication, and access-related issues
  • Conduct access reviews and ensure compliance with security policies


Infrastructure & Endpoint Support

  • Manage Windows and Mac endpoint environments using Intune / Mosyle / JAMF
  • Handle device enrollment, compliance, policies, and troubleshooting
  • Support software deployment, patching, and endpoint administration
  • Troubleshoot peripherals, hardware, and VMware virtual environments
  • Resolve L2 / L3 incidents and perform root cause analysis for recurring issues


Leadership & Client Management

  • Lead and coordinate the existing IAM and Infrastructure support resources
  • Prioritize tasks, manage escalations, and ensure SLA adherence
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and status updates
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for support operations


Required Skills

  • Strong experience in IAM and Infrastructure Support environments
  • Okta, Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365
  • Intune / Endpoint Management / Mac Device Management
  • VMware / Virtualization fundamentals
  • Windows & macOS troubleshooting
  • Team leadership or mentoring experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior client-facing experience preferred


Good to Have

  • PowerShell / Bash scripting
  • ITIL exposure
  • IAM certifications (Okta / Microsoft)
  • Audit / Compliance experience
