Research and source pricing for materials, labor, and equipment

Prepare and present estimates to management and clients

Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and risks within project proposals

Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry standards, advancements, and trends

Track and report on estimation metrics and project costs

Assist in contract negotiations and subcontractor/vendor selections

Ensure all estimates comply with technical specifications, safety standards, and

company policies
