About the role

We are seeking a People Success Partner to play a business-enabler role - crafting people strategies that unlock performance, scalability, and culture. This is not a traditional HRBP role. At Urban Company, youll partner directly with business leaders to shape the people agenda, strengthen leadership capability, and build high-talent-density teams that drive business growth.

Key Business Responsibilities

• Strategic People Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to co-create the annual operating plan, manpower strategy, and people priorities aligned with business objectives.
• Talent as a Growth Driver: Drive talent conversations, succession planning, and performance reviews to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
• Managerial Capability & Culture: Enable managers with toolkits and programs that help them build thriving teams, strengthen decision-making, and retain top talent.
• Employee Success & Retention: Design engagement levers and listening mechanisms (check-ins, surveys, feedback loops) to surface team pulse, improve alignment, and reduce attrition.
• Performance & Growth Enablement: Facilitate growth pathways, career progression frameworks, and performance conversations that directly impact business outcomes.
• Data-led Insights: Translate people metrics (attrition, engagement, productivity) into actionablestrategies for improving organizational health.

What Were Looking For

• 2-4 years of experience in business partnering, people strategy, or related roles.
• Strong ability to influence leaders and connect people strategy with business impact.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with problem-solving skills.
• High ownership and execution bias, with comfort in fast-paced, growth environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
