Role Description


We are looking for an HR professional to join our office full-time. This is an on-site role where you will manage the entire HR function. We are looking for a high-potential fresher or early-career professional who wants to be trained for a high-impact role and stay with the firm long-term.


Responsibilities


  1. Recruitment: End-to-end recruitment lifecycle including scouting, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  2. Lifecycle Management: Managing the full joining, onboarding, and exit process for all employees.
  3. Documentation: Drafting and maintaining all official letters.
  4. HRMS & Records: Maintaining employee records, database management, and leave/attendance tracking.
  5. Employee Relations: Acting as the primary point of contact for grievances, conflict resolution, and exit interviews.
  6. Payroll & Appraisals: Providing accurate inputs for monthly payroll, increments, and performance appraisals.
  7. Policy & Compliance: Developing and updating company policies and internal guidelines, while ensuring audit readiness of all employee files.
  8. Workforce Planning: Collaborating with managers to forecast hiring needs and resource optimization.
  9. Procurement: Identifying vendors and handling negotiations for office assets, services, and IT equipment.
  10. Culture & Branding: Designing employee engagement initiatives and managing social media presence to showcase office culture.
  11. Analytics: Tracking and reporting key data like retention rates, hiring costs, and employee satisfaction.


Qualifications


  • MBA in HR or a related degree.
  • Previous internship experience in an HR role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional approach to handling sensitive matters.
  • Ability to multitask and take ownership of tasks from start to finish.
