Core Capabilities Required:

15+years experience, including 5+ years in UKG (Kronos) WFM implementations

Deep expertise in Workforce Management, Payroll, Time & Labor architecture and design

Strong experience managing global, large-scale transformation programs end-to-end

Hands-on exposure to WFM tools like UKG, Infor (Workbrain), Workforce Software

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams (PMO, tech, testing, functional) and stakeholder alignment

Commercial acumen across project estimation, budgeting, SLAs, and client delivery excellence

Education: Masters in Human Resource Management (preferred)
