Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Thane (Near Railway Station)

Overview:

We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations and placement activities within the IT and EdTech domain. The role requires strong leadership, recruitment expertise, and experience in college coordination and corporate partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete HR functions including hiring, onboarding, and retention
• Coordinate placements, interviews, and follow-ups with companies
• Plan and conduct seminars, workshops, and college outreach programs
• Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
• Resolve employee concerns and ensure a positive work environment
• Lead and guide the HR and placement team
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements:

• 35 years of HR experience (IT/EdTech preferred)
• Strong team management and leadership skills
• Knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and placements
• Excellent communication and multitasking ability
