Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Manager to lead and manage core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders to drive people strategies, foster a positive work culture, and support organizational growth.\
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Management
- Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Support workforce planning, organizational development, and change management initiatives.
- Drive HR policies and best practices across the organization.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-level and senior positions.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to meet hiring needs.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts effectively.
- Plan and execute employee engagement and retention programs.
Performance Management
- Drive performance review processes and goal-setting initiatives.
- Support managers in performance improvement and employee development.
- Assist in succession planning and talent development programs.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain HR records, employee documentation, and HRMS data.
- Implement and update HR policies and procedures as required.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
- Support leadership development and career progression programs.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in Human Resources, including exposure to employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.
- Experience working with HRMS tools and HR analytics.
