Role Overview:

Manage end-to-end HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management)

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements (USFDA/WHO audits)

Handle employee relations, engagement, and IR activities

Drive HR policies, processes, and workforce planning

Partner with leadership for strategic HR initiatives

What Were Looking For:

812 years of experience in Pharma / Manufacturing

Strong exposure to Plant HR, IR & statutory compliance

Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, and audits

Ability to independently manage the HR function

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

MBA/PGDM or BBA in HR or relevant qualification preferred

Location: Aurangabad, Maharashtra (On-site)
