Location: Rohini, Sector-3, New Delhi (On-site, Office-based)

Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)

Job Type: Full-time, In-office

What Youll Do:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles.

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels.

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements.

Maintain attendance records accurately and supporting records.

Employee Lifecycle Management.

Coordinate internal company events, vendor communication, and bookings.

Provide end-to-end administrative and executive support to the Director.

Local commutes for official purposes.

What Were Looking For:

Graduate in Human Resources (Commerce background preferred).

Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.

Understanding of recruitment tools and job portals.

Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.

1+ years of relevant experience preferred.
