Were looking for an HR Manager who can lead Talent Acquisition, drive employer branding, and represent the company with confidence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end recruitment & manage the TA team
• Drive campus hiring, employer branding & hiring campaigns
• Represent the company at campus drives & industry events
• Host HR sessions, events & candidate engagement activities
• Work closely with leadership on hiring strategy & performance management

Requirements :

• 6+ years of HR experience in an IT company
• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition & team handling
• Excellent communication, public speaking & leadership skills
• Experience in campus hiring & employer branding preferred
