The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR strategy to support our growing workforce. This full-time on-site position is based in Malappuram and includes responsibilities such as talent acquisition, managing employee onboarding and training, administering HR policies, and fostering a positive work environment. The HR Manager will collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with organizational goals and ensure compliance with local labor laws.

• Experience in HR compliance, policy implementation, and adherence to labor regulations.
• Ability to develop and oversee employee training and professional development programs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools, with an understanding of data-driven decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certifications (such as SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
