Human Resources Manager

Location: Work From Office (Wagle Estate, Thane)

Salary: 30,000 50,000/month (based on experience)

Youll be responsible for building and managing the entire HR function from hiring the right people to making sure the team runs smoothly day to day. This is a hands-on role where execution matters more than theory.

• Handle end-to-end hiring (JD creation, sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
• Manage hiring pipelines for roles like media buyers, editors, designers, etc.
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
• Ensure fast turnaround on hiring without compromising quality

• Manage offer letters, NDAs, contracts
• Ensure all employee documents are collected and verified
• Maintain proper employee records

• Maintain attendance, leave tracking, and employee records
• Implement and manage HR tools (ClickUp, Jibble, etc.)
• Ensure company policies are followed

• Act as the point of contact for employee concerns
• Maintain discipline, structure, and accountability in the team
• Help improve team performance and work culture

• Assist with salary processing and documentation
• Ensure compliance with basic labor laws and company policies
• Help set up HR systems as team scales (PF, insurance, etc.)

• 14 years of experience in HR (startup experience preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple roles and fast-paced hiring
• Comfortable working in a high-performance, execution-driven environment
• Basic understanding of HR compliance is a plus

• Someone who can take ownership, not just follow instructions
• Fast executor hiring speed matters
• Strong judgment on people (this is critical)
• Can build HR systems from scratch as we scale

• Timings: 10 AM 7 PM
• Working Days: Monday Saturday
• Location: Work From Office

• Youll be building HR from the ground up. As the team grows, this role can evolve into leading the entire HR function.
