Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Noida. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, training and development, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role involves designing HR strategies, maintaining employee relations, and fostering a positive work culture. Additionally, the individual will play a crucial role in aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals and ensuring a smooth employee experience.

Qualifications

Experience in talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and workforce planning
Knowledge of performance management, learning, and development best practices
Expertise in employee engagement, conflict resolution, and fostering a collaborative workplace
Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR policies
Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Proficiency in HR software and tools
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field (MBA in HR is a plus)
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an HR management role
