Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Salem for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee and implement HR strategies, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Daily responsibilities include managing employee onboarding and retention processes, coordinating training programs, maintaining compliance with employment regulations, and fostering a positive workplace culture that aligns with Fitoverses values. The role will also involve addressing and resolving employee concerns, overseeing payroll, and introducing HR policies to drive organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Employee Onboarding
• Strong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Team Building
• Experience in Designing and Implementing Training Programs
• Knowledge of HR Policies, Compliance with Employment Laws, and Payroll Management
• Excellent Communication, Organizational, and Leadership skills
• Proficiency in HR platforms and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM) are a plus
