Role Description

This is a full-time Internship on-site role for a Human Resources Intern at our office located in Chennai. As an HR Intern, you will assist in a variety of tasks, including supporting HR management, understanding and facilitating HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and participating in personnel management activities. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth implementation of HR processes and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and essential HR practices
• Familiarity with HR Management and the implementation of HR Policies
• Understanding of Employee Benefits and experience with Personnel Management tasks
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
