Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will assist with key HR functions such as talent acquisition, policy development and implementation, employee benefits management, personnel support, and overall HR management. Daily tasks may include updating HR databases, supporting recruitment activities, organizing orientation sessions, maintaining employee records, and handling queries related to company HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
- Skills in Personnel Management and organizational support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic HR software
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
