Job Description HR Intern
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid 3 days/week in office)
Duration: 3 months
Stipend: INR 25,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven HR Intern to join our team and work closely on high impact people initiatives. This is not a routine HR internshipyou will actively contribute to building and implementing key talent frameworks, while gaining hands-on exposure to how HR strategy translates into execution in a fast-paced organization.
What Youll Work On
Talent Frameworks: Support the design and rollout of new HR frameworks (e.g., talent and performance frameworks), including coordination, documentation, and implementation tracking
Content & Communication: Create high-quality communication collateral for HR initiatives, including policy rollouts and company-wide values programs
Stakeholder Coordination: Work with teams across the organization to gather inputs, drive timelines, and ensure smooth execution of projects
Performance Cycle Support: Assist in running the companys performance review cycle (July onwards), including coordination, data tracking, and communication
HR Projects: Contribute to ongoing HR initiatives and operational improvements
Data & Insights: Support HR initiatives through data analysisworking with datasets related to performance, talent, and engagement to generate insights, track progress, and improve decision-making

Who Were Looking For
MBA (HR) student from a reputed institution (e.g., MDI, NMIMS, SIMS, or similar)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly proactivecomfortable reaching out to stakeholders across levels to get things done
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
AI-native mindsetcomfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and output quality
Strong comfort with data analysis (Excel/Sheets; familiarity with dashboards or basic analytics is a plus)
Ability to interpret data and translate it into clear insights and recommendations
Ability to balance assertiveness with professionalism
Additional Notes This is a 3-month internship; full-time conversion is not guaranteed but may be considered based on performance and business needs
