Hiring: HR Intern (Fast-Track to HR Executive) | Bengaluru


Looking to build a serious career in Human Resourcesnot just do an internship?


This is not a routine internship.


This is a structured, high-exposure HR role designed to transition into a full-time HR Executive position based on performance.


About the Opportunity

We are looking for a high-calibre HR Intern who wants hands-on exposure across the entire HR lifecyclefrom hiring to employee engagement to exit processes.


You will work directly with the HR Manager and leadership team, gaining real responsibility (not shadow work).


What Youll Be Doing

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment (primarily non-tech roles)
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn (primary hiring platform)
  • Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews
  • Assist in HR operations & documentation
  • Support employee engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate and build college & university partnerships
  • Manage and scale internship programs
  • Assist in onboarding, performance tracking, and exit interviews


Who Should Apply

We are looking for candidates who meet ALL of the below:

  • Exceptional English communication (9/10 fluency mandatory)
  • Prior exposure to recruitment (non-tech preferred)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing / LinkedIn Recruiter (strong plus)
  • Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail
  • High intent to build a long-term HR career


Location Requirement (Important)

  • Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate
  • Should be able to commute easily:
  • Within 30 minutes of Race Course Road
  • Preferably near a metro line (we have 3 stations within 1 km of office)
