about the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team with a primary focus on recruitment. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to learn the full cycle of recruitment and gain experience in sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms
• Source potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, and others
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Assist in employer branding initiatives related to hiring
• Support HR team in campus recruitment drives and job fairs
• Conduct initial HR screening calls when required
• Gather candidate feedback and maintain records of interview outcomes

Qualification

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in using MS Office tools (especially Excel)
• Familiarity with job boards and sourcing techniques is a plus
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
