About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven and committed Human Resource Executive who is serious about building a career in recruitment and talent acquisition. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, coachable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate coordination
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
• Schedule interviews and maintain follow-ups
• Work on Naukri optimization and job postings
• Optimize candidate profiles on LinkedIn
• Assist candidates with resume and cover letter improvements
• Support referral outreach strategies
• Execute LinkedIn outreach for lead generation and hiring
• Maintain hiring trackers and candidate databases
• Support onboarding and documentation

Who Can Apply:

• 02 years of experience (Freshers can also apply)
• Anyone who wants to start their career in HR/Recruitment

• Must have strong work ethics, be serious, committed, and willing to learn
• Should be coachable and open to feedback

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of hiring or willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working in a remote setup

Compensation:

• First 3 Months (Probation): 10,000/month
• Post Probation: Up to 3 LPA + Incentives
• Incentives: Potential to earn additional 1.52 LPA based on performance
