Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align HR strategies with business objectives, support line managers, and drive people initiatives across the organization. The role requires a strong mix of HR operations, employee engagement, and stakeholder management.

Key Requirements

• 35 years of experience in HRBP / Generalist role
• Strong experience in employee relations & stakeholder management
• Exposure to performance management and engagement initiatives
• Good understanding of HR operations and labor compliance
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM in HR or related field
• Experience in FMCG / Manufacturing / IT (based on your requirement)
