Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance and support.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Manage HR operations, including workforce planning, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work culture.
