Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance and support.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
  • Manage HR operations, including workforce planning, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work culture.

  • Support talent acquisition, development, and succession planning activities.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Lead or support various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
