Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Assistant based in Bengaluru. The role involves performing administrative HR tasks such as maintaining employee records, assisting with HRIS processes, and supporting benefits administration. The selected candidate will help coordinate employee training programs and provide support to HR management in day-to-day operations. Some work-from-home flexibility is provided while certain responsibilities require an on-site presence.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Human Resources (HR) and HR Management processes
  • Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration
  • Knowledge and experience in organizing and supporting employee Training initiatives
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role or an internship in HR is a plus
