About the Role

We are looking for a smart and energetic HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment activities for our company. The candidate should be passionate about hiring, employee coordination, and building a strong workforce for different departments including sales, operations, procurement, logistics, and corporate roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
• Schedule interviews and maintain proper follow-ups with candidates
• Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements
• Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents
• Maintain employee records and recruitment trackers
• Ensure smooth onboarding and joining process
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Support employee engagement and HR operations activities
• Maintain professional communication with candidates and employees

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong coordination and follow-up ability
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
• Experience using job portals and LinkedIn hiring
• MS Excel and report-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Smart, proactive, and street-smart approach
• Kannada and English communication preferred

Eligibility

• Experience: 01 years in recruitment or HR
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
