HR Admin Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a people-oriented HR Admin professional to support our Customer Support department during the night shift (6 PM to 3 AM). This role will act as the primary Admin and HR point of contact for employees, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, employee support, and workplace engagement while maintaining a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, approachable, solution-driven, and capable of handling both HR and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end administrative activities including travel management, transport coordination, facility management, vendor coordination, and other operational requirements.
  • Handle night shift administrative requirements and ensure business continuity during shift hours.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for office maintenance, seating arrangements, access management, and employee support needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving any admin-related issues arising during the night shift.
  • Act as the dedicated HR representative for the Customer Support team in the night shift.
  • Address employee concerns, queries, grievances, and workplace issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships with employees and managers to foster a positive work environment.
  • Plan, organize, and drive employee engagement initiatives and fun activities for the Customer Support team.
  • Support employee wellness, recognition, celebrations, and team-building initiatives.
  • Contribute towards enhancing employee morale and workplace culture.
  • Maintain HR and admin records, trackers, and reports as required.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and workplace standards.
  • Coordinate effectively with HR, Admin, Facilities, IT, and leadership teams for seamless operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Masters is a plus.
  • 46 years of relevant experience from the BPO industry. Preferably US based..
  • Experience in handling employee relations and workplace concerns.
  • Good exposure to travel management, facility management, and general administration.
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts and handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/systems is preferred.
