Human Resources Administrator

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Human Resources Administrator. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage HR processes and policies, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, compliance with labor laws, and maintaining HRIS databases. Additional duties include assisting with employee relations, addressing inquiries regarding human resources policies, and supporting overall HR operations to ensure a positive workplace environment.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Proficiency in Benefits Administration and understanding of Labor and Employment Law
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective employee relations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Familiarity with HR practices in the real estate industry is an added advantage
