Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin & HR Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and support core HR functions. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, people-focused, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in payroll coordination and attendance management
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Oversee office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility management
- Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and logistics
- Maintain office assets and inventory records
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
- Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and maintenance
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 23 years of experience in HR & Admin roles
- Good understanding of HR processes and labor laws
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with HR software/tools
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
