1. HRO Solutions Lead – Total Rewards
Experience: 15-20 years overall HR experience with min 5-7 years in Total Rewards strategy, organization design support.
2. HRO Solutions Lead – Hire to Retire
Experience in responding to HR Solutions received in RFx
3. HRO Solution Lead- Strategy Consultant
Experience: 11-15 years experience in end-to end HR (preferably in HR strategy and consulting roles)
4. HRO Solutions Lead – Talent Acquisition
Experience: 15-20 years experience in the Talent Acquisition domain / consulting / delivery
