HRO - Payroll Associate


Job Title: HRO - Payroll Associate


Location: Bangalore


Exp Range: 2-5 Years


Only Work from Office (No Hybrid, No Remote, No Work from Home)

Shift Timing: Should be comfortable with night (US) & Rotational Shifts

Step 4: Select "BPO" in areas of interest and complete the registration. (Fill the details)

Step 5: Once completed, your TCS no. will be generated which starts from EP2025XXXX.

Step 6: You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID.

Eligibility:

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees according to clients pay calendar/pay schedule
  • Review and validate timekeeping records, payroll adjustments, and employee changes
  • Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and taxes
  • Maintain payroll records in compliance with required statutory and country/site regulations
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with HR regarding new hires, terminations, benefits, and employee updates
  • Prepare payroll reports and support month-end and year-end processes
  • Assist with payroll tax filings, and audits as needed
  • Support payroll process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1 to 3 years of experience with payroll systems, payroll processing, and/or HRIS platforms (ADP, Workday, or similar preferred)
  • Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Attention to details and excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a demanding environment
  • Elevated level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
