Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project management for HRMS implementations, primarily People Strong.

Manage project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery across multiple stakeholders.

Coordinate with business, HR, IT, and vendor teams to ensure smooth implementation and rollouts.

Drive requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.

Monitor timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies; ensure timely issue resolution.

Ensure compliance with HR, payroll, and statutory requirements.

Prepare project status reports and present updates to senior management.

Manage change requests, user training, and post-implementation support.

Required Skills Experience:

Strong hands-on experience with People Strong HRMS.

Proven experience managing large-scale HR transformation or HRMS implementation projects.

Excellent knowledge of HR processes (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Performance, etc.).

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

PMP / Prince2 / Agile certification is a plus.

Preferred:

Experience in enterprise or multi-country HRMS implementations.

Exposure to integrations with payroll, ERP, or third-party systems
