Job Description
We are looking for experienced Techno-Functional Builders who can design, configure, and architect the platform backendnot ATS end-users or recruitment coordinators.
Position: Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 4+ Years
CTC: Up to 25 LPA
Open Positions: 2
Must Have:
Avature workflow automation & configuration
Schema design, custom fields & validation rules
Picklist management & role-based security
Onboarding portal/backend configuration
Avature integrations with PeopleSoft, Workday, or other HRIS systems
Experience in implementation, enhancement, or system administration projects
Preferred:
Immediate Joiners
Candidates serving notice period (030 days)
Strong techno-functional expertise with end-to-end platform ownership
Not Looking For:
Talent Acquisition Specialists
Technical Recruiters
Sourcing Leads
Onboarding Coordinators
ATS end-users with only recruiting operations experience
