Location: Pune (Shivaji Nagar)

Experience: 13 years

Compensation: Competitive (as per industry standards)

Salary: 30,000-35,000 Per Month

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations with accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Process monthly payroll including salaries, incentives, reimbursements, and deductions

Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS) and timely filings

Handle full & final settlements and payroll reconciliations

Resolve employee queries related to payroll and taxation

Coordinate with finance and external vendors for audits and reporting

Requirements:

13 years of experience in payroll processing

Strong knowledge of Indian payroll and statutory compliance

Hands-on experience with payroll software and MS Excel

High attention to detail and data accuracy
