HR OpEX Continuous Improvement Process Engineer

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support the redesign and continuous improvement of HR processes to drive smarter, faster, and more intuitive service delivery
• Leverage data insights (CSat, ticketing, complaints) to proactively identify trends, uncover root causes, and co-develop targeted, sustainable improvements
• Partner closely with SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders to analyze process gaps and co-create scalable, efficient solutions, including automation and digital enhancements
• Contribute to establishing clear process standards, documentation, and performance tracking to ensure consistency, transparency, and continuous improvement
• Enable successful adoption of new processes through change support, while ensuring alignment with policies, governance, and regulatory requirements

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ experience and a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen
• Strong analytical skills and a knack for process mapping and redesign
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and automation tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Bonus points for Lean Six Sigma certification or similar training
