HR & Operations Executive

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Operations Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on HR operations experience along with good communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities through platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other hiring portals.

Handle day-to-day HR operations for a team of approximately 50+ employees.

Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance, and related databases accurately.

Assist in payroll coordination and generation of monthly salary slips.

Support employee onboarding and exit formalities to ensure smooth processes.

Address employee queries and contribute towards a positive workplace culture.

Coordinate basic social media postings related to company updates, hiring, and workplace activities.

Ensure adherence to company HR policies, internal procedures, and compliance requirements.

Prepare weekly/monthly HR reports and share updates with management.

Stay updated with HR best practices and workplace trends.

Provide occasional support to the customer service team whenever required.

Skills & Requirements

12 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.

Familiarity with hiring platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Naukri.

Basic understanding of payroll processing, HRMS/HRIS tools, and attendance systems.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Basic understanding of social media coordination is an added advantage.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday:

12:30 PM 9:30 PM

Saturday (Alternate Off):

10:30 AM 7:30 PM
